[alfa] Spider engine removal and replacement

Wow..  now this is what the Digest is all about!

Thanks to the huge response on the transmission oil question..  not only 
did I get several responses, and learned that oil spilling is really not 
an issue, but many replied with the great tip of filling the trans with 
a funnel thru the shift lever opening, after the install!

Slick!!  (uh, no pun intended..)
