The stock radio in 94&95 164s sold in the U.S. (LS & Q) was made by Fujitsu 
Ten.

Fujitsu Ten also makes the "Eclipse" brand of aftermarket radios.  Your 
first step should be to take it to an authorized Eclipse/Fujitsu Ten radio 
dealer and ask them if they can fix the radio reception problem or if they 
have any ideas how to fix it.

Failing this ask them if they have a 'plug-n-play' Eclipse radio for your 
needs.
