for 115 rotors
front nominal thickness is 12.5 mm, after regrinding - 11.5 mm, minimum 
thickness - 10.7mm
 rear nominal thickness is 9.5 mm, after regrinding  -  8.5 mm, minimum 
thickness  -  7.5 mm

after regrinding means this is the minimum thickness after regrinding, and 
an equal amount must be taken from each side to reach the 11.5 or 8.5 mm 
thickness.
