[alfa] spica cold start solenoid

actually, it doesn't care about cold, is activated from power
          that goes to the starter motor.
   i did, a couple of years ago replace a spica cold start
   solenoid without removing the spica pump from the engine
   on my '74 spider.  it required mirrors, lights, hemostats
   small vicegrips, tweezers & pliers, etc, & very close to more patience
   than was available.  but it really really was the problem,
   putting in the good one (i got from from Wes) totally fixed
   the starting difficulties.
