water goes into suspension in glycol based fluids. water settles to the
bottom with silicone based fluids. choose your poison.

it's incompatible with some older seals. you're not likely to run into this
problem with a well maintained braking system these days.

silicone has its own negatives -- difficult to pour, soft pedals, and
the high-temp characteristics are actually at least partially mythical.

this should be a very good fluid. Motul's synthetic glycols are highly
regarded.
