Yeah, do all of those things, but if you wanna do it right, take it to a
restoration shop (hmm, I have one in mind, just can't think of the name
at the moment) and have it stripped to the floor boards, all rust
removed (both top and bottom of floor boards), primered, repainted, all
boots replaced on / around tranny shift lever - then have fresh sound
deadening material installed on the floors along with new carpeting.

However...to make Her smell really good, have Her seats recovered in
quality leather. After which, whenever you get in the car, you will lean
over, sniff, and tell Her how great she smells. She'll appreciate it and
never, ever be unfaithful to you again.
