[alfa] Black 164LS In CA Bay Area

Yesterday afternoon, 5:15 PDT, was a nice black 164LS driving northbound on the 680
freeway, then crossed over to the 580 eastbound in Pleasanton, CA.    Car
had "Cincinnati Bearcats"  rear license plate.
 Anyone here???
