Subject: [alfa] 105 GT 1600: Humming Rear Axle

I had the same problem on my 87 Spider and it turned out to be the outer 
bearings in the axles (similar to front wheel bearings on most rwd cars). Fairly 
inexpensive to fix. For some reason these bearings do not get adequate 
lubrication and tend to wear out.
