[alfa] RE: Caribou Top Installation
First of all, don't jump to conclusions. Have you got the factory manual for
the top installation? There are lots of adjustments that can be made. I
recently installed an Alfa OEM top on my 72 Spider and it was tight too. If
you CAN get it latched do that and let it stay that way for a couple of
weeks. It'll stretch to fit eventually.
Tight is way better than saggy.
If you can't get it to latch - no way, even with someone pushing the corner
down from outside, then loosen the mounting bolts for the frame and move it
down a tad.
Better yet, get the manual - it's only fourteen bucks.
