Hi Bill:

Send an email to Chris Sweetapple of Highwood Motors in the UK.  He's got 
the knobs for just a few $ each (I just put them on my '74 Spider), and the 
last time I ordered a bunch of little parts like that, shipping was ~$10 
and the box arrived in about 10 days (to Florida).  You can't beat the 
overseas vendors for their prices and selection, but that's especially true 
for the little detail parts.

Not sure about your heater fan question.  The answer may depend on how much 
of a contortionist you are.
