Brake Light Cover

Does anyone know where I can get the black rectangular cover for the
trunk lid brake light on an '89 Spider Veloce?  It's about two inches by
four inches with two molded fasteners (or in my case, one-half of one
fastener).  IAP says they're not made anymore .
