Martin Swig for governor?

Is it possible that Martin Swig is one of the 155 on the California
gubernatorial ballot, and that he's promising the state will help fund the
one-time "Alfa Mille" April 24 - May 2, 2004 from San Francisco that will
include honoring the Giulietta?
It is not impossible; he has the necessary panache.
