kudos to Peter Krauss

This is one of those good news stories that I want to share.

Several weeks ago my son was visiting friends in North Carolina when he called
and said he could not shift gears in the 164S. The diagnosis (from 300 miles
away) was the bolt connecting the shift lever to the transmission had fallen
out. "Take to Krauss and England" I said not knowing that Peter and company
were about to hit the road for a two week trip South. With my son and car on
a tow truck headed for K&E, Peter agreed to look at the car but anything more
complicated than a loose bolt would have to wait two weeks.

Within five minutes of unloading the car, Peter found the bolt, connected
w/loctite and my son was on his way.

Thank you Peter for being such a good guy and a gracious Alfa enthusiast.

Thanks,

Don and Peter (my son)
