GTV6 Sterring Coupler

I am in the process of changing the steering coupler on my 83 GTV6.  Just in
case I am not using the right terminology it is the joint that has the rubber
component that when it collapses the horn doe not work.

I am wondering if any one has any suggestions on how to replace it.
Unfortunatly the GTV6 manuals are not very complete.
