TZ or TZ2 Replica/look alike

I would like to second the request for any information on TZ or TZ2 
Replica/look alike availability.  Alternatively if such a project does not 
exist how about creating one?  How about some sort of "open source" ish 
system where plans and information could be distributed.  A single or near 
single donor car project would be great.  Working as a group such a project 
should be possible.

Any thought?
