Luke,

Jam Engineering (http://www.jameng.com/) in Monterey, CA, has some air
cleaners for DCOE carbs at their web site. I'm not sure if you already have
something like the ones they carry but there is one that is 1 3/4" tall. I'm
also not sure if you could mount them on the stacks but you could ask them.

I found their site while looking for Webers for my BMW Bavaria.
