 It might benefit from an additional return spring, or it has a weak spring
or sloppy linkage.  If with finger pressure on the carb butterfly the idle
will drop you found the prob.
Also try closing the idle mixture screws down to where it misses on that
cylinder then just barely open it till the miss is gone.
