RE: Seat belts
I have bought belts from andoauto, and would never do it again!
I bought them for my Giulietta restoration project. The belt was ok, though the webbing was a bit on the thin side.
What really got me ticked off was there no return or exchange after 30 days policy. Being a restoration it took me a little while to get to installing the belts, when I did I found I order them too long- as this was 35 day after I ordered the belts they refused to exchange them.

Terry,
I found this link while searching for replacement seatbelts. I've not
purchased anything from them though. I did send one question to them
and never got a response.

Can't help you on whether or not you can keep the old seats or not,
maybe they have a solution.
