AFAIK, you should have two keys, one for the ignition and one for the doors.
The small one that fits in the ignition is just that. The original ones have
plastic/rubber on them.

Your car may have had the door locks changed at some point. Try to talk to
some other Spider/GTV/Berlina/Super owners and see if their doorkey fits
your car - note the number on that key and call APE to see if they have one.

Gunk is good - I have used it several times to clean up an Alfa engine bay.
Green Stuff (or what ever it is called) is better on the environment and
smells better :-)
