My father brought a 1960 Jaguar to the US in the late
80s. I don't know exactly what he went through, but it
wasn't very hard. No EPA regulations for a car that
old, nor bumper regulations.

If you are in CA, just get it in before SB708 passes.
(anyone hear anymore about that bill?)
