RE: pulling AC compressor from Milano
In addition to the two bolts you removed from the front, there are two more
behind the compressor. These are not easy to access.
I'm not positive, but I think it might be easier to remove the compressor &
bracket as an assembly rather than taking the compressor off the bracket.
The bracket is held on by two bolts that are accessed from under the car
that are pretty easy to get to once you're down there, & I believe there is
one more bolt somewhere near the belt tensioner.
I'm working from memory, & I've only unbolted it once. So, I could be
wrong.

Subject: pulling AC compressor from Milano
I'm hoping someone can help me, cause I am stuck. I'm trying to pull the
AC compressor from an 87 Milano. I managed to get the tensioner pulley,
and belt off. I also removed two 19mm nuts from the front of the mounting
bracket. I can rock the compressor/bracket side to side, but it won't come
out. I can't see any other bolts that might be holding it in place. Am I
missing something? TIA
