Response tone

Greetings All,
            Brian Shorey had an excellent post in AD 447 re the tone of 
some of the responses one receives to postings. I for one will post on only 
rare occasions, as I have been burned more than once.
             People will then crab about off line responses.....but I 
wonder why they are off-line? As Brian said, much knowlege is lurking out 
there, and we do a great disservice to the Alfa comunity as a whole when we 
alienate those who might contribute.
