Re: Slip-on Seat Upholstery

I had the same problem on my 71 Spider, my driver side seat bottom had a split seam. A friend of mine purchased a complete set of upholstery from www.alfaholics.com. When it arrived, he let me take one of the seat bottoms to see how well it matched the rest of my interior. The match was perfect, I contacted alfaholics and ordered just the bottom cover. This is not a slip cover, it's the original style cover that needs to be attached over your
existing base. With the exchange rate and shipping it was about $60.00, and a local upholstery shop charged $20.00 to install it. The upholstery shop commented on the excellent quality. When I restored my 71 GTV, I purchased front and rear seat upholstery as well as door panels from them. Again, the quality was excellent. The holes in the pre drilled door panels lined up perfectly with my doors.
