I would smell this on both my Milanos. I finally figured out it was from
the hood headliner sagging on the plenum and melting a little bit. You
can tell if this is the case if you open your hood and look at where the
headliner would meet the plenum, if you see and melted indentation of
the plenum then bingo. 

Just a thought...
