Milano Verde Sun Roof

Im having a problem with the sun roof on my Milano
Verde.
It opens approximately 8 inches and then freezes. It
wont open farther nor close. I have to take off the
panel cover and with a screw driver close the sun
roof. Has anyone else experienced this and been able
to correct it.
