For those who regularly need to dismantle the exhaust, have you considered
having an exhaust shop weld flange joints in place of the slip joints ?.
This is a godsend (done correctly) for any RWD transaxle owner who does
their own maintenance.  The exhaust always goes back in the same alignment
(fore/aft and rotational) so as long as the exhaust was aligned correctly
the first time..........................
