power steering pulley torque spec?

 Does anyone know what the power steering pump pulley and power steering pump torque tightening spec. for a 12v 164L is? I took mine off instead of having to use the special alfa tool to get the PS belt off while doing the timing belt on my 164. I've looked on the 164 cardisk but it varies so widely I'm not sure what to go by.  Thanks,DannyDallas, texas
