    This depends on what you're looking for.  Spica is great when everything
is working correctly, but much more complicated than a typical carb setup.
Easiest thing to do first, as has been suggested by others, is to check to
make sure it's adjusted properly.  If it's worn out and in need of a major
rebuild and you like the simplicity of carbs and don't care about
originality (like me), that would be the perfect time to do it.  If you just
want to get it running properly and are more the checkbook mechanic type,
find someone who knows what they are doing and stick with Spica.  Good luck,
