'Project' '84 Spider/cylinder head height followup...

It lives!  NEW waterpump, headgasket, intake manifold gasket, injector hoses 
and seals, fuel and coolant hoses, fuel pump, transfer pump, fuel filter, etc.

Lesson learned:

NEVER(no matter how cheap!) buy a Alfa Romeo owned by a redneck who says, "She 
ran great up until we parked her about five year ago".

The newly-machined head that was slightly below minimum height (4.39 
inches/111.5 mm) had no valve clearance or compression problems.  Estimates put 
the compression ratio at around 9.4:1.

Now...who wants to buy it from me?  Make offer!
