Illinois Emissions Success

Just passed the Illinois emissions test.
Here's some data for anyone interested:

'78 Alfa Spider, Webers, no emission control equipment, Shankle AL5418a
cams.

Ignition Timing set to 0 degrees BTDC at idle, 900 rpm
Carbs balanced, mixture set to peak rpm on the lean side.

Actual Reading       Limit
HC  127ppm           600ppm
CO  2.1%                6.0%
