an alternative to cutting - at least in front is to lower the spring pans in 
the front A arms.  can use stack of washers of make spacer out of appropriate 
tubing. don;t even have to take springs out - just work your way around the 
pan bolts.
no such simple changes in the rear, cutting or buying shorter springs is the 
only solution here (once you use up the spring spacers' height).
