Milano Gold popped a donut under some to the redline acceleration,
higher mileage than the Alfetta; but I'd guess unless later Milano's or
Calloway GTV6's had beefier driveline flexible couplers, all that power
would not make for long lived drive line components.
Actually kind of amusing, the donuts usually popped when a friend or
neighbor took my car(s) for a test drive and wound it out to see what
it/they would do. I guess, I just drove them and did not push them, the
donuts cracked, but did not disintegrate. Made them gun-shy, tho I held
them harmless. Sadly, I guess it wasn't real good for Alfa's percieved
reliablity.
