Alfetta Radiator Problem

I had the radiator on my 1979 Alfetta Sprint Veloce rodded out 3 months ago
and the radiator shop said it was in marginal condition. I put it back in
and now (3000 miles later) it has developed a small leak in one of the
tubes.

I've been looking at various Alfa parts suppliers web sites and there are
never any Alfetta radiators listed. Does anyone know if new Alfetta
radiators are available?

I think I was quoted $325 to recore it. The shop said they could maybe make
it three rows. Should I stay with a brass or is there a good reason for
aluminum? Are there any disadvantages to a recore? I think the tanks are in
good shape.

The car has 110,000 miles on it. Do you think I should replace the water
pump too, just on principle? There is no play in either axis if I try to
move the pulley by hand. I do not think it has been replaced unless it had
been done at about 43,000 miles.

Thanks for any answers.
