Most of the lights out there that are called Xenon are not an improvement
over good old halogen. The Xenon technology you are probably looking at is a
color change and nothing more.

For true improvements, look at high intensity discharge lighting at a cost
upward of $1000 to retrofit - oops, newsflash, the price is now below $500
per pair - GTV6's have two pair.

If you are going for the "look" then Xenon is for you, but it does nothing
for your vision. Better lighting? HID.
