GT-5 on Speed on Saturday

I'm posting the following for Richard Ballantine, who has been in contact
with Jack Beck:

The GT-5 race at the SCCA Runoffs in September, which featured two 
Alfas near the front, will be broadcast on Speed at noon Eastern Time 
Saturday the 7th. 
In GT-5, Jay Illiohan in a heavily modified Alfetta and Jack Beck 
in his tube frame GT Jr were near the leaders. Beck had been gridded 
sixth, Illiohan seventh, but they moved up. 
Illiohan was initially credited with third at the finish, but after a 
review of the race film was penalized for jumping the start. Beck 
finished fourth, but with Illiohan's penalty he moved up to third. 
Joe Huffaker won in a rear-wheel drive Mini. A front-wheel drive 
Mini was second.
