Some of the first Ford EFI units took a very long time to start. The bronco
was notorious for this. My milano suffers the same problem. I crank and
crank ... pause ... crank and vrooom.

It ussually takes me two pauses between cranks to get it to fire. Is this
normal? The car otherwise runs perfect.
