Newbie: Alfa parts paranoia

My theory of Alfa ownership is to have at least two of every Alfa
model I own. Then I have parts to keep at least one running. I also have a
huge collection of parts removed from rust buckets. Can you spell pack rat?
As a result, I have somewhere between eight and a dozen Alfas. Hard
to know how to count them. Do complete and running "parts" car Alfas get
counted or not? I normally count by intent. If I intend to get an Alfa back
on the street, then I count it. I also have a policy of never owning more
than a dozen Alfas, but I get around that by changing the method of counting.
So at the moment, I say I have eight Alfas as I intend to give away a
matched pair of Alfetta sedans.

I would say, to buy a spare set of bumpers and hoard them. If your
Spica pump is already frozen, it may be beyond repair. When you remove one,
pickle it by pumping Marvel Mystery Oil through the fuel lines. Then put it
away in a plastic bag.
