     It would appear as though something is making the
fluid VERY HOT. Slipping clutches will do that..and
make the transmission shift poorly. A simple fluid and
filter change may tell you some more about it..The
filter may be full of fibre or chunks of clutch
material. This will signify the need to do some deep
explority work..The transmission may have to be
pulled, taken apart, and rebuilt. I do not think a
simple fluid-filter change will correct your shifting
problems.
