Milano Badges

Im not one to get into a long diatribe about when the Milano was dropped from
the badge but Pat Braden's comment is pretty close to being fact.

The 1750 series cars in the US carried the Milano badge and the 2000 series
cars did not. This was one of those items one notes when looking over the
differences of a new car.
