hypothetical question (NAC)
For all the racers, engineers, etc. out there: If you were going to
hypothetically run a Bosch-injected car in a demolition derby, what
would you do to ensure against vacuum leaks downstream of the airflow
meter? Mount it directly to the throttle body? Is there a reason
(vibration?) that it's not done that way at the factory? Is the AFM
sensitive enough to shocks that it would be worth routing the intake
tract into the passenger compartment and mounting the AFM on rubber
to isolate it from impact jolts?
