Get some PB Blaster and the correct size (7mm) box (not open-end)
wrench. You might even try a deep socket to initially break them free, but
try to be gentle. I like to use Teflon tape when installing
bleeders. Just a single layer, and I've never had a leaky or frozen
bleeder, yet.

I have to bleed the brakes on the Alfetta I just bought that had sat for a
year or so. The fittings are apparently 6mm but are heavily rusted. Need
some advise on opening the fittings without destroying them. Anyone have
a silver bullet for this one?
