Re:Air coming out of the cam cover?

Hello All
I have been following this thread and have a question. What about the opposite
condition. My 1991 spider has suction at the oil filler cap. With car running
I can feel a fair amount of suction on the cap when I remove it?
Also, I remember someone talking about black, oily spitting coming from the
exhaust. I can see that on my exhaust tip. I remember some replaceable device
in the fuel injection system correcting this problem?
Any insight into these problems would be helpful.
