Without opening up a chemistry class thread, I would
like to hear the digest's experience as to which rust
encapsulant is better - POR 15, Corroless or the
Eastwood Product. 

Also, I have heard that when you open a can of POR 15
it must be used immediately or it goes bad. True or
False?
