In my 79 GTV I tend to alternate been the LRP and Premium Unleaded.  Premium
if I am at a shell, LRP for anywhere else.  The additive is in a little
orange syringe that you squirt in the tank.  You can buy it in bulk in a
bottle as well.  Best to get your car tuned on a dyno with what fuel you
want to use to get the most benefit out of the higher octane source.  98 for
Shell Optimax, think 95 for LRP
