Is it a car or not?

Most cities have a law about how close you can park to a corner for just
these reasons. Call the police and have the suv ticketed, you may not be
only saving you life or Alfa, but some little kids life that can't see
around it either to cross the street. Oops, the safety manager just came out
in me again.
