Milano/75 Engine Fan Question

Dear Fellow Alfisti:

Today I watched as the engine temperature crept up and
up as I drove stop and go in threatening rain.  Threw
the heater on full and once I was home popped the
hood.  It appears that the electric fan in my 89
Milano/75 is not coming on.  What can I check to
determine what is wrong?

I seem to recall that there ought to be a fuse/relay
in the engine compartment (pax side near headlight -
but there are two relays).  Anything else I ought to
check??

Fortunately I've the 69 GT Veloce to drive in the
interium, but as the weather is less than ideal, would
rather be in the Milano asap.
