re: Milano rear brake pad adjustment



The brake adjustment will likely cure your pedal travel issue, 
whether or not you install new pads.  As for the special tool, I 
welded a 17mm socket into a pair of pliers from Big Lots and then cut 
one handle off.  If I did it again, I'd cut the socket down first.
