Exhaust Heat Shield

My 74 GTV had the heat shield over the front muffler, rusted with the 
insulation falling apart.  I fabricated a new metal shield and mounted it 
with metal stand offs (~1/4" ht.) to get some heat shield effect but without 
the moisture collecting and rust promoting insulation.
