If you want to go that way, interesting cars could be the A112 Abarths, or
if you really are interested in pocket rockets I cannot think of anything
that will touch a Fiat Abarth 1000TC. I believe it was sometihng like ~550kg
and pushed about 120hp

And I am willing to bet it had a much smaller turn radius than the mini.
