Brock: the best (not necessarily the easiest or the cheapest) solution to a 
rusty gas tank is to remove the tank. Next, check with your local radiator 
repair shops to see if one knows how to clean and line the tank.I live in 
Houston, TX and I have had several tanks done by a local shop for $125 per
